Affilohost Web Builder Frozen. Please help

Me and the Web Builder again!

I can get into the builder on my one website via its control panel but not the other. The one I am battling with is stuck in an "Image loader" pane. I have cleared cache, restarted, rebooted but it still does not take me to the building interface, so effectively I cannot work on this particular website at all .

Any help appreciated please

 Hi william,
Just out of interest is the file small enough for the web? (not a big file) it may hang there for a big file.
Is it in the right format? ex: jpg or gif
Otherwise..contact support please, they will help you out.
Not sure if it is the builder itself or your PC.

 Hi stargate66, We have tried several times to build a website using different browsers but we have not encountered that error. This error might be due to the size of the image. I sent you a PM for the additional information that I need to check this error. :)

 As a distracting aside... while AffiloHosting comes with this "web builder" thing built in, the "web builder" we really recommend is Wordpress. You can install that with just a few clicks from the cPanel as well.

It's a really good option because it's free, LOTS of people use it and can help you out, and there are lots of extra fancy plugins and stuff to get it to do pretty much anything.

Just FYI. You might want to try it for your next site, or switch to it if this thing keeps giving your headaches.

 Thanks for the replies. Problem is everytime I access this website's builder through the control panel it opens in this one pane. The website control panel is not to be seen anywhere, it is the actual image loader page. If I cancel the image uploading it returns me to the control panel. So in effect I cannot get into the backroom of this particular site to make changes

Thanks mikeantiga, will check my Pm but having connectivity problems at the moment. Will get back to you next week.
