Im looking for a good writer at less than US$10 per article

Hey Guys!!!

Im looking for a new writer from South Africa or the Philippines. Somewhere that speaks and writes good proper US english. Iv been posting jobs and looking for a cheaper writer to get some larger projects done reasonably. Unfortunately im only getting my usual writers bidding on my project at roughly $10 an article..... Which is fine im just looking to get larger projects done.

So if anyone knows of a good quality writer/rewriter who writes in good fluent english at less than $10 an article please let me know
