What is a reasonable bounce rate?

I put google analytics on my first site, and see the statistic bounce rate.
What is a reasonable bounce rate for these types of sites?
Or should I consider visitors time on the site?

Not sure when to go back and rewrite/add content or be
"satisfied" and spend more time on traffic.
