Sales page pictures on Best of pages

How do you guys get the nice uniform, clean affiliate sales page pictures for the "best of" pages. Mine look like crap and they're all different sizes. Here's a link for an example of my sloppy work.

Can anybody give me an education in how to?

You basically just re size the image.
