Need Thesis Builder

I have a simple Thesis theme site I need built. It will take me too long.

Simple site, I do graphics and content.

I have all ad banners organized and the site is laid out. I need a builder or a referral.

Besides cash I can offer free hosting for 5 domains on GoDaddy on my deluxe hosting which has php5, mod_write, SSH and cgi-bin functionality.
