Does anyone know any good banner rotation scripts & do they work with ClixGalore & other Affiliate programs?

The best is supposed to be phpAdsNew (now called openAds):

http://www.phpadsnew.com/two/

I've never used it myself, but it's supposed to be highly functional, if a little complicated. It should work with any ad inventory.
