H1 tags and Traffic Travis

Hello.
Traffic Travis keeps telling me to change my H1 tag but I can't. I'm using the All in one SEO pack with my keywords in here, so can I ignore what TT is telling me? TT tells me that my H1 description is the same as my Page Title.

The H1 i belive is a post tittle. Do you have a post named the same thing as your page?

Also, if you are talking about the home page, check the title in the All in One settings.
