Hi,

If I have 2 websites, each one with different domain and content (maybe different keywords) but they have same eShop stracture (same product IDs, categories' names etc), is this going to be "duplicate content" for Google?

I do not really see any problem with the product IDs and categories being the same. Just make sure that the content itself, i.e., product descriptions, reviews (if any), is sufficiently different.
