Anik's Affiliate Classroom 2.0 progam - How can I join?

I am trying to get involved with Anik's Affiliate Classroom 2.0 progam but the link Mark has http://www.aclass2.com does not allow me to link to a signup page. Can anyone direct me to where I need to go to sign up for this program? Thank you.
