Baffled by Sales Slump

You're probably right ginandtonic. I thought about what you said so I looked back at my sites full history. 5 sales over 615 hops. That's 1 in 120, which is close to what Mark said that a good sales copy should have about 1 in 100. I guess I am just in the raw end of statistical limbo. I'll keep working on the site. I am going to use the...

Baffled by Sales Slump

Thanks for the input. This is my first site, and I recognize that it is not perfect, so I will try your suggestions. HostGator Default Page

Hi, Maybe I am missing something, but I can't get rid of the Host Gator default page. I am using Wordpress for my site. I already deleted default.html, but the page has not gone away. If I remove the WWW from the URL, then the site pulls up fine, but if I include the WWW then I get the Host Gator page. What do I do?

FTC plans to regulate bloggers, but what does it mean for me?!

7th July, 2009

So does this mean that every single article needs to disclose an affiliate relationship, or can it just be disclosed once in an "About Us" type of page? Or could I just add affiliate relationship info as a footer to each page?

SO how do we disclose that a linked image is an affiliate link? Maybe just some small text underneath the image or something?
