What are some SEO-friendly forums?

3rd January, 2007 - Posted by Mike Pederson

Mark, Awesome tutorials. Question? I am going to be adding a forum to my main authority site, and want to use the most user-friendly, and seo-friendly forum I possibly can. I have heard of miniBB as well. What do you (or anyone else) think about this forum, and the BEST forum to use?

Google bans images for adsense...

23rd December, 2006 - Posted by Mike Pederson

Hi Mark, I know you're a big believer with inserting images next to google ads on your sites. I just read where the "google adsense guru" Joel Comm said google is banning images right next to ads. What are you thoughts? This means a lot of redoing adsense pages

How to find high paying CPC's?

26th November, 2006 - Posted by Mike Pederson

But what about... All very good points. What about PPL progams? Pay Per Leads? I think as website owners and marketers, we need to monetize every page and every visitor to the best of our abilities. ...I saw a post in here from someone that was looking at a PPL membership, but don't know how legit it is. Adsense & affiliate promotions on the same page - Good idea?

23rd November, 2006 - Posted by Mike Pederson

Is your affiliate link opening in a new window or are you leading them away from your site? Like on Mark's sites, it takes them off my site and goes to the affiliates site.

Adsense & affiliate promotions on the same page - Good idea?

21st November, 2006 - Posted by Mike Pederson

Mark, I want to thank you for all the time you've given me. I reformatted about 30 articles the way you suggested. Very similar to how you do them on your sites. I have two images with captions pointing to affiliate products, and adsense with thumbnail images. Zero conversions and very, very low adsense in the past week :( I am wondering...

Happy Holidays!

21st December, 2006

Looking forward to seeing some forum stuff, as I am strongly considering a forum for my main site, but need to have it be as "seo-friendly" as possible, AND be able to have affiliate products and adsense in there. Do you have any forum software recommendations?
