This is an excellent post James. You spelt it out loud and clear, but unfortunately there will always be some people who don't hear it/choose to ignore this key to success lol!
@Chris72 I couldn't agree more, I actually had a rant about that here: http://www.affilorama.com/blog/how-merchants-could-make-an-affiliate-marketers-life-easier - if they're going with video sales copy, the least they can do is provide their affiliates with a written summary of their video!
Hi Sue, glad you're ready to get started! To get the most out of Twitter you will definitely need a separate Twitter account for each of your niches. I would suggest assigning your email addresses that correspond with your niche websites to each of your different accounts :)

Thanks to everyone for the well wishes :) it certainly was a miracle there were no casualties, and that's the most important thing. We are still being rocked by lots of aftershocks - doesn't make for a good night's sleep!
