Kari on the web

Done the crappy offline jobs and have gone to college 3 times for different things (none of them worked out).

I have always wanted to write, so being online seemed quite exciting and natural to me. Started some blogs - worked hard at them - couldn't make them work, so now I sold them, and I'm freelance writing and trying to figure out what else I can do online. I DO know that I will always be online.

Love affilorama and all that it, and Mark Ling, have taught me. Trust this guy 100%!

Extra note: I'm blogging again.

"Piggybacking" for Affiliate Success

Great tip about searching Google for the top sites with the keyword. Totally makes sense how you can get a better placement in front of readers eyes. And the call to action would work much better than my standard anchor text link as far as instant traffic goes. Good article!

Just noted a few mistakes. As a writer you get a set amount of time to complete the article, but it depends on the length of the article. I think it is 3 hours for a 500 word article and 5 hours for a 1000 word article. Also, the requester has 72 hours to approve your article not 24 hours....

Will Google Penalize Over-Optimized Websites?

23rd March, 2012

"I can't imagine a situation where Google would ever be penalizing websites for more content - just make sure its original and well-researched." I'm not so sure about that. It seems like everything is getting penalized nowadays...and it's getting quite frustrating.

Do-follow Links vs No-follow Links - Does it really matter?

8th March, 2012

That's an interesting thought. If you are linked to complete crap through your blog does google penalize you? I've always been so concerned with getting valuable comments (or at least a little valuable) that I don't necessarily pay attention to where I'm giving them a link to. I'll have to...

Do-follow Links vs No-follow Links - Does it really matter?

7th March, 2012

Interesting. Made me loosen my 'do-follow mission' a little bit. I do tend to balance it out anywase, with the thought of getting readers to my site, but I personally give out do-follow links on all of my blogs. I've often wondered if that's benefiting me or not. I know it increases the amount...

Is Article Marketing Dead?

Thanks for tip. I would hate to be rejected by the blog owner and lose that opportunity. I will be checking out your other articles as I really need to put the focus on relationships this year. Thanks again

I’ve personally always wrote higher quality articles. At least I thought they were. In fact, I’ve wrote so many articles that I should be seeing more than just results. I should be seeing absolute success with them. I’m not though. I’ve decided to focus more on guest...
