On your first issue: Perhaps you have the same keywords in the H1 tags on more than one page? Ideally, each page is about a different topic (or a different aspect of 1 topic) and the keyword for that page is therefore different from the other H1 keywords. Do graphics affect loading of a website?

As noted above, the file size of your images has a big impact on page load speed. I recommend JPEG compression to as small a file size as image quality will allow. I try for a max image file size of 20 KB to 50 KB (30 KB or less if at all possible). As a Visual Communication expert and Photoshop master, the "Save for Web..." jpg...

I'd say any theme that uses an image which takes 6 seconds to load and is over 277 KB in file size has a problem - no matter who created that theme. Those are the figures I got with a single test from Dallas, Texas on Pingdom. Could Pingdom be wrong? Maybe - but that's not my experience with them.

It seems to be slower. I tested it from Dallas, Texas on Pingdom and got 16.62 seconds with only 1 test (usually I average 5-10 tests). Took 4.25 seconds just to connect to your web server. Your "pattern6.png" image is over 277 KB in size and takes over 6 seconds to load. Guess you didn't do Pingdom testing and fixes as I...
