William on the web

Chronic fresh-starter who had an addiction to the new shiny things. Been a member here since 2007 and never made a dime.

In February of 2013 I decided enough was enough. After wasting my time, energy, and money buying this trick, that gadget, and those methods, I realized that I had everything I needed right here with the AffiloBlueprint.

So I settled down and read, re-read, and implemented the steps in the course. That's how my blog, Achievement Activism came to be. I am not making money yet, but now I have a mission and purpose in life and I use that platform to share my message with everyone. And I have learned a few valuable lessons along the way.

How tech-savvy does someone need to be to do this?

Technically, you don't need any experience to become an affiliate marketer because you can outsource all the things you don't know or don't have the time to do. There are a lot of very successful affiliate marketers out there that don't know the first thing about computers or web sites. That being said, if you don't have the budget to...

How much would you pay for someone to be on your list?

24th December, 2013 - Posted by William Fenerson

I believe some people miss the point about paying for links and lists. They are clearly tricks designed to manipulate Google for gain. Google has warned time and time again to NOT engage in these practices as they are aware of them and are taking steps to rid their website of people who insist on engaging in these practices (You are aware...

Support The Philippines Disaster Relief

19th December, 2013 - Posted by William Fenerson

Help save lives and potentially explode your business! As you know, a large portion of the Philippines was literally wiped out by one of the biggest typhoons (hurricane) ever recorded back on November 8, 2013, leaving over 5,000 dead, 26,000 injured, and millions without homes, food, jobs, or lifestyle. The impact of this disaster stretches...

Do I Start With Premium Membership First Or Affiloblueprint?

27th September, 2013 - Posted by William Fenerson

If we wanted to build a house and bought all the material and had it dumped on the lot, how would the house get built without a blueprint? Affilorama Premium is great as it contains a lot of information, but the problem with it, especially for newcomers is that you can easily get a case of 'information overload.' Affilo-Blueprint is where you...

Terrified About Starting New Site

14th August, 2013 - Posted by William Fenerson

I agree with you 100% Aletta. I did try to express your sentiment by stating that what I learned in 2009 no longer APPLIED to affiliate marketing. In no way did I try to express that affiliate marketing itself was different. I was referring to the methodology of affiliate marketing. Case in point, in 2009 I was taught that PPC was where...

Terrified About Starting New Site

13th August, 2013 - Posted by William Fenerson

Now THIS is something I can relate to. Being the studious, analytical type, I wasted years because I thought the best approach was to study and learn everything first, then I would be ready to build a site. The problem was that the internet keeps changing and evolving - faster than I can learn all I needed to know. All the stuff I learned in...

Trouble With DMOZ?!

1st November, 2012 - Posted by William Fenerson

I am trying to implement the SEO techniques Mark taught us in the lessons and one of them was to submit your site to DMOZ. I went to the dmoz.org site and found the most appropriate category and when I attempted to submit my site for review, I keep getting some type of Invalid URL in IP Address Format error. In other words, I tried every...

27th March, 2013

The problem I have with using these types of services when you are first establishing a blog is with the tone. Everyone has a unique personality and it is reflected in your written as well as spoken word. I want people to be able know just by reading that this is original and unique, as well...

Make Traffic Count - How To Convert Traffic Into Sales

25th March, 2013

The point being made is that we need to get out of that mindset that just because we bought a course does not guarantee that millions of dollars will be pouring into our bank accounts while we are in our pajamas. With affiliate marketing we are going into business for ourselves. Business is...
