Thanks James Always a pleasure to read your replies. Thats what Matt Carter was on about, but he wanted to go to every educational and goverment blog and forum on the planet to do the same thing. I wonder if the 'White House' would let me leave a link? Cheers.

I get Matt Carter's newsletter and in a recent edition he did a video about getting backlinks from Edu and Gov forum sites around the world and I was wondering if anyone else had seen this as well. I got a list of country extensions and a copy of ACE Translator but it seems like a very complexed way of getting links from ip's. I know Mark was...
