WordPress themes : multiple categories

Does anyone know if there are any WordPress themes that allow for multiple category titles, with clickable sub-headings underneath? Is there a plugin that is required? I am looking for 15 category titles.

 You could use Affilotheme if you're an Affiloblueprint or Affilojetpack member or install the "Collapsing Categories" plugin.
