XSitePro Tutorials

Hi Everyone,

I've just uploaded some video tutorials that teach you how to build an article site using XSitePro.

I'll upload the notes for each lesson, plus the notes for the 90 day roadmap tomorrow.

All the best,
Mark

Thanks for these, they are great. I would like to see it all the way to the uploading to the server, although I imagine it is straightforward as well. Can you also put in your own photos, etc on the pages I assume? What about if you are transfering an existing site to the affilorama site, the email forwarding and all of that.,is that easy also?

One more thing,on the header tag,the search engine does not see it as a header tag without the <h1></h1>?? If you just have it in bold text,it does not see it as a header?

How do you tell the ad sense block of ads where to go on each page,in the left panel, right panel etc? I suppose it tells us that in the xsite tutorial from xsite?
Thanks Bill

Yes you can put your own photos on the pages.

I'll make another video lesson showing you how to do the other bits you asked for soon, might take a week or so as there are other lessons I'm working on putting online.

regards,
Mark

Adsense- You can easily set up adsense in the tools section of XSP. You just put in all your publisher info, including channels if you want. When you want to add Adsense you simply right click on the webpage, where you want adsense and insert the adsense block. The properties gives you the chance to specify size, colors and all that.

Inserting photos is simple. I insert pictures for different affiliate programs all the time to my sites.

As far as H1 tags, it's as simple as pulling down that drop down list that you saw in the videos where it says "Normal".

Not sure if Mark was aware but you do not have to add pages one by one via cut and paste. In the Options tab under Import Pages (Power Pack) you can automatically drag in all the html pages you want at one time. Super easy.

The program rocks. I've been using it since Feb '05 and love it. I got away from using it as I kept chasing the spammy way of building sites via WP, NPB among others. Time to get back to XSP.
