When deciding on where to put Adsense you need to ask what the primary purpose of the page you want to put it on is. If it's a product page with affiliate links then you may want to decide how much the commission is for a potential sale vs. the CPC for AS.
So if your commission for a sale on that page is $10 and a typcial AS click is .05 then you could be leaking traffic and leaving cosiderable money on the table. Many affiliates leave AS off of their product pages and only put it on their article (content) pages if they use it at all.
So for a review site where you're hoping to make affiliate commissions you may want to think twice about using AS. Content sites with little or no affiliate links are probably better for AS. That's what a lot of the content site generating software is about.
