I'm not too sure what you mean either.
If you're talking about getting affiliate links in general... you'll need to consult the affiliates section of whatever website you're hoping to affiliate to. If it's a Clickbank product, you'll typically be able to generate a hoplink on the Clickbank site. If it's some other site, it depends on how they've set up their affiliate program.
Could you clarify your problem?
