The Beginning Affiliate's Life

Hi guys,

Been a bit curious lately. I've been working pretty hard lately on all my affiliate stuff, day and night, sometimes I've been pushing it really late 1 or 2am, and then waking up only at 9/10am. It's already nearly afternoon and all, so I feel as though I have to being working, and so I jump online straight away and start work.
I might then take a break sometime in the afternoon/evening for a few hours around 5pm, and then after 9pm or something, I'm back on it again. Maybe it's because I'm beginning, and don't have tons of cash to throw around. But I'm finding it somewhat exhausting now. I'm looking to bring some sport and daily exercise into it too, just to get moving around more.

So my questions to you guys are:

- How do you cope with/prevent any exhaustion if you have any?
- Where does it come from?
- What's your regular working day like, wake/sleep times, what you do in the day etc.?

Would love it for the beginning affiliates to answer mainly, because I know most of the advanced guys are probably outsourcing all the stuff we have to do at the moment. But some insight from any outsourcing affiliates would be nice as well :)

Cheers guys,
Ashton

Any break is great. I found that actually scheduling an hours exercise into the day was a massive help - nothin' like a blat on the bike to blast out the cobwebs!

Taking a break and doing online social stuff or watching webinars/learning also helps.

Also once a week make sure that you get out and socialize with friends, whether its as part of a sports team, drama club or just for a p*ss up - make sure that's it's something that you enjoy.

early on I was working 15+ hours a day trying to get things going. Now, I have cut back to about 8-10 hours a day. Normally, I break it up and work at different times. Since I am constantly talking to different marketers from around the world, I often work really strange hours. Some days I work in the early morning and sometimes I work late and stay up till 3 or 4 am working. I agree with taking some time off to exercise every day. Remember, you really can't help anyone else if you don't take care of yourself.

Also, try to take some time off every week. I try to take at least one day a week off where I won't work at all. I am currently reading Tim Ferriss' "4 Hour Work Week" and I am looking at how I can apply some of the things he talks about in my business as well.
