Selling my site; anybody interested?

Hi folks,

I'm planning to sell this site:
http://www.howtosaverelationship.com/

I've had Aletta's permission to list this here; she thinks I should
keep it though. She's given me some great advice, but I've
still decided to sell it for reasons I will cite later on.

I've had the domain for awhile, but have done the Affilo-magic on
it only in December.

It's made about $1000 in the last 3-4 months; here are the rankings
it currently holds, courtesy of Traffic Travis.

Image

I've done a little bit or article marketing to it, but the main reason
why it ranks decently is because I use Brute Force SEO on it.

I've been lazy though, and haven't been doing as much as I
should, because I have so many projects on hand.

Brute Force SEO is the fast and lazy and easy way; I like :)

The reason why I plan to sell is to get some cashflow for me to
proceed with my next major goal: 10 affiloblueprint sites at one
go; I'll be outsourcing alot more for this 10-sites-project, and the
cash influx will be helpful.

So just throwing this up here to see what responses I'm going to
get.

So in summary, here are a few key features of what I'm selling:
1) It's a wordpress blog.

2) Made ~$1000 so far. I could provide screenshots, but I'm
so proficient at photoshop I think it feels weird to present
screenshots as proof of earnings. Unless you really, really,
trust me, of course :)

3) Decent rankings, as could be seen from the screenshot.

4) I plan to let go of it for between $1500 to $2500.

5) I've built a list of about 100 people; not sure if it's legal to
sell the list, but I'll do it if it's legal.

6) Some of the articles on the site are original, some are
not; I've spent about $100 on getting the articles written.

7) I tried PPC; spent about $40 and paused the campaign.
I'll be trying PPC again in the next 2 days; I have the landing
pages etc all ready; just need to send some traffic to it. (I'm
an Adwords Qualified Individual so I'm not too bad at PPC;
I'm just really, really lazy :) And busy, of couse.)

If it proves profitable and you're interested, I'll sell the whole
campaign to you as well as a bonus :D

In short..
=======
Given the knowledge that you have from here, I'm pretty
confident you can make back your investment within
4-5 months; it has huge potential, IMO.

Heck, if you're only half as lazy as I am, then you could
probably make it back in 2 months.

Any questions, feel free to ask; and shoot me a PM if you're shy :)

I'm interested in buying it, I'd like to see your income screenshots (please post those to the forum here), yes I'll trust you, but I'd need to be able to email clickbank to verify that it is correct anyway if I ended up agreeing to buy.

Hi Steven,

Thanks for your interest.

Here's my proof of earnings from 3rd Dec 2008 to 3rd Mar 2009.

Buyer names are blanked out.

(Edit: If you want to see a bigger screenshot, right-click,
get the image url, and paste it in your browser; the column
width in this forum is too narrow to see the whole thing.)

Account 1

Account 2 (only the ones with tid=TU are sales from
howtosaverelationship.com; i made a mistake at the
start and sales were sent to this account by accident)

Actually total profit was about $890, if you do the
calculations, instead of the $1000 I stated, apologies
for that. Some of it were due to refunds, some miscalculations.

Feel free to ask if you have any other questions; and PM me
if you need any private information.

Hey I'm interested also, can you tell me which articles are unique content and which pages are duplicate content. Also, what have you done to build links? AMA, UAWiz, or other methods? And how many emails are in your email sequence and is it through aweber?

Hey Mark,

Wow it's humbling that you're interested too :)

Only these two are 100% unique articles.

http://howtosaverelationship.com/why-women-leave-men/
http://howtosaverelationship.com/why-men-leave-women/

The rest are obtained from a service called 1articleaday, and
re-written by the folks at need-an-article.

I am using Brute Force SEO to build my links.

Used article marketer for distribution to quite a few
directories:

Inlcuding ezine articles, amazines, article dashboard,
articlebase, easy articles, go articles, idea marketers,
article alley.

Used Squidoo lenses to drive some traffic at the start
too.

The autoresponder used was Monster Response.

There are about 23 emails in the sequence.

Hope this answers your questions.

I'll be glad to answer any more you might have.

Hey Fanatic looks like you pulled in a fair amount of cash for being so incredibly lazy lol. Sorry to kind of hi-jack this thread but would you mind explaining briefly what Brute Force SEO does EXACTLY? Thanks and good luck selling your site!

Hey rubanz,

I'm not INCREDIBLY lazy, okay?!

Just a little bit :)

Well Brute Force SEO is basically a software
that allows you to build links really effectively and
easily.

Basically you feed it with some articles (PLR/whatever)
and it creates web2.0 properties for you, grabs the
RSS feeds from these properties, submits them to RSS
directories, and it social bookmarks your site, adds your
articles to article directories too.

I don't add my articles to the directories all the time because
I don't use unique ones; I got banned by EZA once for doing
that and have since learnt to be good.

*****Update******
I just launched my PPC campaign today.

A little bit about myself.. I'm an Adwords Qualified
Individual so I'm not too bad. If someone decides
to buy my site I'll throw in my PPC campaign
together with the site, plus landing pages, for
perhaps $3K.

Of course, we need to see how well it does first..

All interested parties, would appreciate if you drop
me a PM.

I hope to sell this fast, within the next few days;
as you can probably tell by now, I like to do things
fast :)

Thanks!

For the quick cash to build more cash cows :)

Well it seems like I'm gonna be keeping it
because nobody seems interested in purchasing.
