Pros and Cons : Hiring An Affiliate Marketer

hi

i wanted to take your guys opinion on a different approach im thinking of.

i sure dont have the qualified and skill set to be a good affiliate marketer. however i got the investment for it.

i was thinking of instead of wasting my time learning affiliate "which took 2 years and im still not good at it" i was thinking of hiring an affiliate marketing or a worker who is able or have all the skill sets of an affiliate marketing and do the job instead for me.

i do have the investment to hire him full time salary till we have succeed.

what do u guys think?

is this a good approach? and are there people beside me who does it?

thx for reading

It is always good to learn and become hands-on in your affiliate marketing business. However if you really feel that affiliate marketing for you is hard to learn and you have the budget in hiring someone is just fine.

The only challenging part here would be finding the right affiliate marketer. There are a lot online yes but not all of them are good as they say. Even if you have the budget I think hiring an affiliate marketer can be expensive.

But if you really want someone to get things done for you I suggest instead of an affiliate marketer, hire a wordpress builder, a content writer (or you can just buy paid content), and a SEO/PPC expert instead. Since you already have the knowledge about affiliate marketing, you can just assign tasks to these freelancers. There are a lot of freelance sites where you can find quality workers for a good price. You can search Odesk or Elance for eaxmple.

thx alot for ur reply. could u tell me the exact steps in details?

so all i have to do is

- hire wordpress or website developer to build me a nice website
- hire a content writer full time

yes?

what did u mean in the SEO part? like someone do on page seo then continues doing offpage to gather traffic right?

Yes that is correct.

1. You hire a wordpress developer to build you website/s.
2. You hire a content writer to write content for you
3. Hire a SEO expert to do on-page and off page SEO and it'll be a bonus if you can get someone who have worked on affiliate websites and knows how to do paid traffic (in case you also want to explore on paid traffic)

You can hire part timers on Number 1 and 2. Then you can hire number 3 fulltime. For number 3 you have to be very careful in your selection as SEO is crucial to your success. You may look for an SEO person who can also be your virtual assistant- who can multi task- like she/he can manage Wordpress tasks, or perhaps can also write/rewrite content, etc.

Another option is instead of hiring an affiliate marketer to do the affiliate marketing for you, why not get someone to coach you? This way, you are paying someone to teach you, versus someone who will do it for you.

Eventually, you will learn and you can slowly let go of your coach. That means you'll be able to free up on the cost involved with the coach and invest that amount on your affiliate marketing site instead.

Have a good day!
