Your FTP can be unlocked with the following steps.

1) Login to you Affilorama Premium account on the Affilorama website http://www.affilorama.com

2) Browse to the Premium Hosting page, or copy this link into your browser http://www.affilorama.com/premium/hosting

3) Click "Access" to open your hosting control panel.

4) Look at the "Lock FTP" section on the right hand side. It probably says "FTP is currently unlocked for the IP address(es): 111.22.3.444".
This means only people whose internet connection is on that address will be allowed to connect. The IP address of your internet connection has likely changed (this is a common thing).
You can find out what your IP address currently is by going to the website: http://www.whatsmyip.org/

5) Click "Lock FTP now". This will temporarily remove all ftp access to your server.

6) The section has now changed to "Unlock FTP", and you can either unlock ftp access to your server from ANYWHERE for a period of time, or from a new IP address forever (or until your IP changes).

6-a) I recommend "Unlock by Time", and choosing 7 days. This will mean you will definitely have ftp access to your server for 7 days, after which you will need to login to the control panel again to unlock for a further period.

6-b) If you choose "Unlock by IP", it should already have your current IP address in the box ready for you to click, just beware that your IP may change without notice, after which you will have to follow these instructions again to regain access to your server.

I hope this has been helpful.

To install WordPress, please remove the files on your public_html folder by logging in to your account and clicking the "Premium Hosting" icon. Click "Access Now" beside your domain name then on the "File Manager" folder > public_html. Right click on file that you want to remove and choose "Delete" from the menu. Then go to WordPress Blog (CGI Scripts) and click the "Install Now" button.

Let us know if you need further assistance.

Installing the WordPress is much easier when you do it through your Affilorama Hosting control panel rather than uploading it through FileZilla. However, the installer script on the control panel will not work if there's a file inside the 'public_html'. Hence, you have to delete the files inside the 'public_html' before running the installer script on the control panel. As Michelle suggested, you can delete any existing file inside the public_html using the File Manager tool under the "Files" section of the control panel.

The URL that you posted was not working because there are two forward slashes ( // ) after the domain name. Try accessing it again but be sure to remove the second trailing forward slash.

You don't need to login using FTP anymore because WordPress has been successfully installed using the installer script on the control panel.
