Next 5 Steps

I have my website created and my ads on the website, but do not know the next 5 steps I would need to take to drive traffic to my site. Could someone offer suggestions?

I have that same theme on seven websites I think it sure comes out nice when done right. You need to submitt to website searchengines and start writing articles and back linking

Firstly, do you have a budget or do you plan on doing the work yourself? Once you have answered this, it will probably be easier for someone to offer you good guidance.

We have lessons on SEO and PPC that show you how to drive traffic to your website. Like Mack suggested, get your site indexed. You can submit your URLs to Google

Hope that helps. Have a good day!

Some traffic generation methods are pinging, article marketing, forum posting, social bookmarking and social networking. :)

Looks like you're focusing on a Seattle-area website. I think it would be pretty wise to try and get featured in local media like the Seattle Times or the PI. Try signing up for Help a Reporter Out (HARO), where you can offer quotes to reporters looking to write stories on a wide array of topics.

To get some links, it might be a good idea to review local restaurants. Let them know and they might Tweet your review or link to your site from theirs.

You can also get a lot of long tail search traffic by going after some obscure Seattle attractions aside from the Space Needle and the Pike Place Market. Maybe the Capitol Hill Ghost Tour, Kurt Cobain's house, Fremont Troll, or the unfortunately named South Lake Union Trolly (S.L.U.T.).

I'm from Seattle, so if you need any ideas, let me know :)
