Need Help! Malware alert on Websites

Hi there,
I have 2 affiliate sites at the moment, 1 is still upcoming but they are all on same hosting server with Bluehost. They are all coming up in google as "MALWARE SITES". When I use google chrome and try to go direct to it , it's blocked. On IE and Firefox it works, but the thing is, in Google searches it says THIS SITE MAY CONTAIN MALWARE.
I have done nothing... I haven't even been on my sites for 2 months now because I've been on holidays. I just came bcak the other day and checked my sites to see this on all of them.
Both are blocked... search them in google and you'll see same thing... problem is this is also hurting traffic and search ranks... what can I do? Has this happened to anyone else??
I'm a newbie so i have no idea but its costing me business, because its even spread to my non affiliate sites on my server.
How do you all protect your servers from hackers??
Need help please, any response will be much appreciated, Thankyou,

I tried both in IE and FF and they seem fine to me.
I don't use Chrome as I had too many issues with it when surfing etc.. like you mentioned.
You can search Google for info on this..

Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize
they were the big things.

cashash.com indeed brings up a malware warning page but topfitnessadvice.com does not.
However, on topfitnessadvice.com the articles can not be seen. Only the header and the sidebar links are there. Clicking on any of the sidebar links does not bring up any articles.
You will want to work with your hosting server on this. They will help you remove the infection.
