There are a lot of ways to do it. for an incentive, I usually use spun articles that I am using for syndication. Get the most mileage that you can out of those spun articles. If you are outsourcing your writing, you want to get the most bang for your buck anyway. I usually take 10-15 spun articles that I am using for building links to put together a free report or mini course.
then, I take other spun articles, and use them as emails. Every time I spin a new article, it gets put into the newsletter sequence. over time, you will find that you have more and more emails.
Also, you can hire someone to write the emails for you, just like the articles for your site.
I like my emails to be a bit longer so I will sometimes take two articles and put them in my emails. You can also look at packages like Affilojetpack which gives you a full year of emails as well as 3 ebooks that you can use for incentives to opt in.
Another thing you can do is to look in the affiliate areas for the products that you promote. Many product owners have prewritten emails that you can use. I have 2 lists right now that all the emails come from various vendors. I even got a 6 day mini course from them to get people on the list.
There are a lot of different ways that you can get content to fill out your email list.
