Random question. I got thrown out of my computer by what microsoft called a "serious error". I was advised on relogging in to run a virus check. It found 4 cookies, which it said were threats and deleted them. One was a Clickbank cookie. Excuse my ignorance but would this affect my clickbank affilaite links and getting paid if people click on my link?

No, deleting your cookies wouldn't affect YOUR affiliate link and commissions. The tracking cookies on your computer are not related to your affiliate sales. Your commissions are tracked via links (i.e 'hoplinks' on Clickbank). Whether or not you get commissions from someone buying a product through that link is entirely unrelated to any data or program on your personal computer.
