How much can I earn from affiliate marketing?

I am new and have a question of you guys who have been here a while. There are so many scams out there today. I wondered upon affiliate marketing as a way to add an income stream to supplement and eventually replace my very annoying sales job. I was wondering if some of you could give me an idea for what is a realistic expectation of income from affiliate marketing? With a reasonable amount of effort and time is $5000 per month a reasonable goal? $3000? $10,000? Or is $500 more realistic?

 Hi,

It usually takes 4 to 8 weeks to make that first sale, and around 6 months (or more) to get to USD$1000 a week. Some people start earning from their sites fairly quickly, while others take longer.

That said, individual results will vary greatly and in accordance with your input, determination, hard work, and ability to follow directions.

You do have to focus and learn before you can expect to make it big online. But then that is true of any business - online or offline. Remember that being online does not necessarily make it easier to succeed. The same business principles and variables apply. It's only the medium that is different.

 It all depends on actions. Best you start with a goal e.g if your goal is to make 2K per month as an affiliate beginning figure out how many sales are needed and focus, focus, focus on making it happen. Other have done it and there is no reason you can’t. Important thing is to

1. Find a product that is Legit and adds value to others
2. Build your email list along the way.
3. Keep working hard and taking action, don’t give up!

I totally want to reach that point! I just started up my first affiliate site, & I would like some advice on what I need to do with it to be succesful with it. Here it is: goodtechparts.com

You might also want to write longer reviews so you can use your target keywords more from within the review.

 Your profit also depends on the vertical you are working in. For example, some guru easily pull $5K a month without hassle. You might want to focus on step-by-step achievements, gradually reaching your daily, weekly, monthly goals. Good luck!

Absolutely agreed! Verticals have a strong effect. For example, it is easy to earn high amounts within ICO or other crypto-related offers
