Intermittent fasting and weight loss
It’s funny this world we live in. There is so much we don’t know. Basic questions as who we are, where we are from, if we are alone still lays unanswered. Of course there is a lot of both propaganda and conspiracies telling people that the government is lying, UFOs exist, the solution to free energy is already in our hands there is only some top secret building or vault that keeps it all away from the publics attention.
I say, why even bother. Hit me in the face if I’m wrong, but as all other people’s opinions, mine is no more special. It’s just mine. Why use energy looking for a solution to something that won’t give you an answer here and now?
The latter makes the whole foundation for the rest of this article.
Searching for answers may in some cases give you the solution, but often confuse you even more. That’s why after reading this article you can push both the weight of the confusion and the fear of not finding the answer to your weight loss problem of your shoulders.
The truth and the answer are pretty simple. Do quick-fixes work? No. Stop believing in it. Stop hoping it to work. It doesn’t. Period.
So what does work? What’s the only thing that works basing the answer both on scientific research and on the study of millions that has crossed the goal line and got the results they so bad wanted?
If you don’t believe me or think I’m wrong. PLEASE ATTACK ME. Say I’m a lier, tell me I’m stupid. But I’m not. I’ve lost weight, I’ve gained muscle and I’ve tried out so many ways of how one should lose weight, that I’m finally able to say: I have the solution to your problem. I have the simplest solution to your weight loss problem.
If you combine caloric deficit with a program on how you can lose weight, there is millions of ways it can be done. You could starve yourself, eating 253 meals a day, containing only a little carrot, but would you ever get satisfied or happy following a plan like this?
Maybe if you were a rabbit but you’re not. You’re a human being looking for a simple and easy approach to losing that double chin.
And the truth is. Following an intermittent fasting program/diet – whatever you would like to call it and combining it with a caloric deficit will give you the solution to your problem.
However, I’m not going to lie to you and say that it’s as easy as putting on your shoes, cause it’s not. That’s why most people seem to be falling for the diet industries new approaches every minute, hour and day of the week. The industry is only focusing on people’s one weakness. And that’s the ability to persist until ones goal is met.
You may like this answer, this truth. Or you may choose to find another approach, and this may of course give you the results you want. But that’s the basic notion of it all. Results will come when you have decided you want them. They will come when you are fed up. They will come when you are ready to fight.
If you are ready now. You first step to success has already manifested itself, and the two next steps is the only ones standing in the way of your success.
