How does one find a mentor ?

Hello everyone - I would like to find a mentor to work with and maybe to critique my web page, etc. I know that my site could be better and I want to change a few things before I go live (its actually live now, but no one knows it exists yet). I wanted to get my opt in page working and a few other little tweaks, first.

I have several posts that I have written, but I'm thinking that since no one has really seen my site yet, it might be an idea to delete these, and retitle them as articles or pages that would be permanently visible/listed and start posting (blog posts) on the day that I really go live.

I have a few thoughts that I would like to bounce off of someone, to see if my thinking is correct. Would there happen to be anyone here that might take me up on this, or maybe let me know how I could find such a person ? I realize that if I were to pay for a course, I would most likely get some mentoring as a part of the course, but today I just don't have the cash to do that. Anyone ?

 Choosing a mentor needs no training. It comes automatically. Your mind will choose the one that impresses you in the field of online marketing. Read the interviews of the experienced online marketers so you would know about their journey towards success.

 I'd suggest browsing forums like this one and also search on linkedIn. Look for the people who are making relevant, constructive comments on forums, on LinkedIn just search for affiliate marketers and browse the profiles until you see one that impresses you, then start a conversation and see what responses you get.

 you don't really choose a mentor you really buy one. They usually come with the signing up to a coaching program like Mark Ling's even though the staff member who commented first said Mark long. These guys have lots of great information for you to do everything you need to make a living on the internet and often answer questions themselves when asked.

I'm sorry, I was referring to Mike Long, NOT Mark Ling. He and Greg Morrison created OMG Machine which Mark Ling recommended some time last year. Mike Long is the coach/mentor we recommend in Affilorama as we do not have our own coaching program.

Mark Ling doesn't have a coaching program either.

 sorry never heard of Mark Long, however what do you call affilorama, affilojetpack and affiloblueprint, if they aren't coaching program and not a program you load into your computer.

We offer support and training programs/courses for affiliate marketers. We do not offer coaching or mentoring which involves one one one sessions or "classroom" sessions.

I understand that this is a third party vendor but I was wondering if your aware that the site is down. I sent in my info for the month and now left with nothing.

It looks to be a temporary glitch as the OMGMachines website is now back up. Have you still not heard back from Mike Long or OMG support?
