Hmmm, A couple of things I can think of is,
1. That once they hit the submit order button their browser does not complete the order.
2. The customer didn’t enter their details correctly and it bought them back to another submit page.
3. The customer’s payment method (EX: Credit Card) was declined.
also, I would email the merchant/payment vendor with this report and ask if they can offer any explanation.
Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize
they were the big things.
