Can I set up an affiliate business on a smartphone?

I would really like to start an affiliate business but only have the use of a smartphone at this moment in time, does any one think this is do-able. If anyone else has done this I wouldn't mind a few pointers.

 Hi,

No, you cannot do everything on your mobile, especially if you plan to build a website. You really need to work on a PC or laptop.
