Article Title Help

Just wanted to start a quick discussion...

Lose Man Boobs

vs

3 Ways to Lose Man Boobs

Which is better as a title for an article. This will mean the <title> and H1.
The keyword targeted SEO wise will be 'lose man boobs'. Backlinks will be generated for that, and it will be optimized for that keyword in searches.

But... in terms of click through rate I was tihnking the latter would be better, rather than the first. Tips? Suggestions? Advice? Am I wrong?

3 Ways to Lose Man Boobs is my vote. You can continue this theme in your article

Way 1 to lose man boobs (h2 tag)
way 2 to lose man boobs (h3 tag)
way 3 to lose man boobs (h3 tag)

Then include the kw phrase in your article (on site) in bold, italisized and underlined. Also include a "no follow" link to a trusted site like wiki etc... on a non competitive related site. For this you could have a link to the definition of that word that actually describes the man boobs, I forget the name, but it has a specific terminology. Add in a link to another page on your site and you're good to go on your On-Page SEO.

Hi,

I would go one further, add something like "Highly Effective, Little Known, Fast" something that makes it special, as in "3 Highly Effective Ways to Lose Man Boobs".

Have to agree with smuigal....although the first option looks better SEO wise, as Mark mentioned, adding numbers catches the eye which would result in a better click through rate...I would go with the second option...

Gynecomastia is the abnormal development of large mammary glands in males resulting in breast enlargement

That's the definition from Wikipedia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gynecomastia ;)
