160 clicks really isn't enough to be statistically significant.
How are you promoting the product? Are you going for buying type keywords where someone is looking for a review? Or are you going after problems someone might have that could be solved by the product? Or are you going after broad terms where it is difficult to know the visitors' intent?
Is the product very expensive? If it is very high-priced conversions may be lower because people get more anxiety before spending so much money.
But don't worry too much about your conversion yet. Send more people to that offer and see if it will convert with more traffic (maybe 500+ or so people?).
