Yeah, it can be lonely to work so much by yourself. That's actually one of the reasons why I started my blog www.journeyofmyown.com
. I just wanted to keep in touch with other people while I was slaving away at write articles, spinning articles, and building backlinks.
I know that one of the old members on this forum (who unfortunately doesn't come here anymore) named Sean Morrissy was personally mentored by Mark Ling. Sean has his own mentoring program now on his website. In 2010, I got to meet him when I was in Thailand and he is a very cool guy, though he is more into product creation now rather than affiliate marketing.
Finding a mentor doesn't have to be difficult. Just go and ask someone for help. The worst that could happen is that they'll say "no."
I know that it can be difficult to find some of the "big fish" out there since many of them are "invisible" it seems, but another great place to meet others is on the Warrior Forum. Just go to the "Local Meetup" forum and find a group in your area.
Anyway, I hope this helps.
PS: Cecille, thanks for the shout out :)
