Yes. You can apply the lessons in AffiloBlueprint to create a site for CPA. If you are just starting out, then it is best to build a site promoting digital or physical products before moving on to build sites focusing on CPA. This is because most CPA networks would want to see your site and how much traffic you are getting there.
