Keep in mind that Google like sites with new content. I found that adding an article per week keep Google happy.

Same for me, many people don't know it yet, but they have a sea of "hidden" knowledge in themselves. It's better to start with a hobby or something you understand well. You want to make sure that it's profitable before starting your campaign though.
