Find and replace in notepad is the best way, like anything you should also be manually double checking affiliate links (or any links for that matter) to check they are setup and working correctly. Nothing worse than having people click a link (keen to buy a product) and then the link doesn't work!
We should everything in our help/setup videos as well :)

Hey Folks,
For Search Engine Tools all my sites are showing no rankings even though I know they are still in the search engines.
Please check your settings in the project to make sure you are searching more than say the first 10-20 results. If your site is at place 100 for example and you only have it searching the top 20 results it will say it is not found.
If it still doesn't work, our tech guys will be able to look into the issue first thing Monday morning for you.

@Paul Delphin No you don't for updates to AffiloBleuprint 2.0. If a completely different version is released in the future you may have to (this is not planned for the next 12 months however)
