Do I need unique content for my newsletters?

When I make a newsletter series, Should I use an original content? or I can use a duplicate content from my website?

Content Creation For Non English Speakers
Hey guys,
Mark, This question is for you...
I just finished my 6th week affilioblueprint course, and now I need to rewrite the content again.
Mark told us that AMAutomation is a powerful tool but I need to rewrite the articles again and it is impossible for me because of the lack of language.
What should I do to rewrite the content again and again but without pay a freelancer for that?
