Re: Alex Goad Teleseminar and T.T.

I think the Google Key Word Tool is good enough. you can find a number of keywords that have a reasonable search with low competition if you are doing PPC. Thursday, January 8th, 2009

Re: Do video lessons contain additional info to written text?

Hi Naresh,

A lot of the text is the same as what is on the videos, Just a different method of learning.

I thought I would write something since I haven't been on here for a while,

I have had success in different fields of the internet and business, I have had success with the sale of websites, I have had failures with over budgeted campaigns, all this mainly working with existing website businesses.

There is so much to talk about, Short tips?

- Patience (It takes time)
- Persistence (Never Give Up)
- Knowledge (I am always learning so never feel like an expert)
- Goals (Always have the end in mind)
- Time (Use this wisely, 10% in Learning, 10% Goals , 80% Action)

Thanks Aletta,

Feels like a real Google slap, I haven't touched PPC or Google Adwords for such a long time and WOW have things changed, It use to be easy to throw up a page and get cheap clicks.

Now I have to get smarter! I'll read the article.

Cheers!

Keywords and Google Adwords

I have just recently gotten back into Google Adwords and found some great keywords through Traffic Travis and the Google keywords tool.

The problem I have is that the keywords I found with zero competition and over 80,000 searches per month.

I originally was paying only 0.05 per click for search, I managed to get in less than a day 18,000 impressions, 46 clicks and 3 sales.

I thought I was on a potential gold mine here until Google pulled the plug and made these keywords $15.00 minimum per click.

Mark, Do you have any ideas why Google does this and what do i need to do to compete?

Do I need to go to 2nd tier search engines or social sites(Facebook etc)?

Could it be my landing pages?

Should I contact Google?

Your help is much appreciated
