We're on the hunt for an experienced Search Engine and Social Media Consultant to manage and develop our social web presence, and build and maintain our rankings in the big three search engines.

The successful candidate will:

• Be a social media expert with proven experience on all the top social sites (if you're not sure what these are then you're not the person we're looking for).
• Have experience building, launching and managing online communities.
• Be addicted to MySpace, Facebook, technology and social media blogs and always experimenting with new technologies like Twitter.
• Love analytics and metrics, because they show off your superb talent.
• Know how to moderate content and build a powerful online brand.
• Be an SEO guru with experience in on- and off-page optimization and a sound knowledge of keyword research and analytical software such as Google Analytics.
• Have excellent writing skills and the ability to engage readers.
• Understand that link bait is not put on the end of a rod.
• Intermediate design and Photoshop skills.

What will you be doing?

You will be considered a 'Jack of the Web' and have responsibility for running and developing all aspects of our SEM and Social Marketing. Your day-to-day tasks will be varied and include developing social network pages, email marketing, SEO, blogging and coming up with creative ideas to increase our web and traffic rankings. It is a very fun and exciting role but requires someone that is extremely well organised and that knows their stuff.
