Should my title be just my keyword?
I was wondering should the title of my article on my website be just the keyword or a phrase containing the keyword?
Which is better? Which is a better on-page seo?
Thank you,
Ahmed Auf

Ahmed,
This is something you may want to test out for yourself. Some key words might do well as the title, while others might do better if they are a phrase containing the keyword.

Your title should have your keyword in it for SEO purposes, but more importantly, your title should make someone want to read the article.

Dont write for the Search engines, write for the people reading it . You can rank on page one for all your articles, but if you do not write something people want to read, it does not matter.
That being said, keyword density matters in your title for seo. Make your title short, but make it compelling, so that people seeing your title in search results will want to see what you have to say.
Remember, everything is about your readers, not Google. The more you focus on providing the readers a good experience, the more the search engines will like you anyway.

But if you dont write for the Search Engine's your Article will not be picked and don't worry about a person reading it because they WONT SEE IT.
You have to find a Happy Medium. Yes, write for people, but be mindful of KEYWORD.

Yes, you need to use keywords, but make sure it is readable. I see too many articles that are obviously written for search engines. They make no sense, but they are full of keywords.
You are correct, finding the balance is critical. However, You need to understand, although search is the highest single source of traffic, less than 50% of all the web traffic uses the search engines. People who only focus on search traffic are passing up most of their business.

As said above, you need to please both search engines and visitors.
Use a enticing title and insert your keywords.
Don't forget that your title is the most important part of your article, you only have a couple of seconds to catch your visitor's attention.
If the title doesn't imply curiosity/benefit/news... bam! your reader is gone.
