Anyone use task sites like Mturk or Shortask?

Anyone use task sites like Mturk or Shortask for forum commenting or social bookmarking? I'm not sure of the legality of that but I know people do it. I'm wondering if it works. Mtruk I know is pretty strict but sites like shortask aren't as strict with what you can post.
