1. Get the images for the product you are promoting from the product's affiliate page. For example, let's say your promoting FarmVille Secrets. You would go to their affiliate page at FarmvilleSecrets.com/affiliates/, register as an affiliate and then access all the product images.
2. Go to clickbank Marketplace, find the product you want to promote and click the green "Promote" icon. In the new window type in your clickbank ID and whatever tracking ID you want to use.

If you are selling your own ebook, you could get photos from StockXChange (http://sxc.hu). Just create a free account and log in.
Another source is iStockPhoto (http://istockphoto.com) but you need to pay around US$1 per image before you could use it on your site.
If you happen to find an interesting image on someone else's site, you could email the site owner and ask if you could use the image on your site.
Hope this helps :)

I'll recommend you my favorite free stock photography website. This is the website I've often use whenever I need some fresh and quality images. Here: www.kozzi.com. :)
