Website Designer Wanted

Hi Everyone,
I am needing a property related website with contact forms build on Wordpress.

I can provide the contents but need somebody to design the website so that it is professional looking and will attract visitors to sign up on the contact form for my free report.

Alternatively, if anyone know of a trusted designer on oDesk that they will recommend, please pass on the contact if you don't mind sharing.
