Is anyone here familiar with the SoNET v3.0 Web Engine? What other Web Design Automation tools do you use to quickly create your websites? I am looking for information on what is out there and what was your experience using those tools. I myself have used WP Joomla, Simple Machines, Xoop and many many more but I have finally settled on SoNET as I have found that nothing allows me to build websites faster, save on hosting fee's and have as many features at my command. So I want to know who uses what and is using it making you money, which is of course the bottom line. Sound off.

I am not familiar with SoNET v3.0 Web Engine or any other web engine for that matter. I am not "techie" enough to delve into such things. I like to keep things simple and go for domain registration+web hosting packages that companies like HostGator and GoDaddy offer. It's still working for me so far.

I too don't use such automation kits, I take the approach that if you know what you're doing then most of the time it's faster doing things the manual way rather than having to navigate through a clunky interface (e.g. hand-code HTML as opposed to Dreamweaver)
I did tinker with the idea of building some scripts that would run on a webserver that when someone purchases a website product from me, automatically sets up their site and prepopulates the database tables with their company name, login info etc. I came to the conclusion that this method would be fine for someone that doesn't already have a web presence but most of the time there is already a site that exists thus requiring some manual work.
At one end of the scale you have http://www.whmautopilot.com. It integrates with WHM to automatically setup cPanel based websites.
At the other end you have things like Wordpress MS (http://codex.wordpress.org/Create_A_Network) which allows one install of wordpress to control a network of blogs.

Here is an example of what I mean:
I can put up a new feeder site including completing basic SEO and point the domain in less than 20 mins. That's all I use it for, cranking out keyword sites. I used to spend hours doing the same thing that now takes minutes. I got my life back because of this :) Not to mention my income boost from getting many more times the actual work done.
Now, of course it helps if like me you are always making content nearly every time you open your mouth (Netbook+DragonSpeak, get it, train it, love it..,trust me) - I come home at night ready to cut and paste with very little editing and SoNET lets me rock and roll. That's why I'm such a cheerleader for the thing.

I have no personal experience with SoNet v3.0 and I can't find any feedback on the internet marketing forums, sorry :(
However, there were a few positive feedback that were posted in CNet: SoNET Web Engine User Reviews
