Hi everyone,

I'm brand new to Affilorama Jetpack and a total novice on building a web site, and I am having a frustrating problem with my Squeeze Pages. When fill in your name and email and hit enter you get an error message that says the following....

An Error Occurred

Notice:
Sorry, the account you tried to access was not found in our customer records. To notify the website owner of this message, push the "back" button on your web browser or check some of the selections below for more information.

I was using MailPush which got switched over to Aweber and I am totally confused with any changes I was supposed to do my website as pertains to that. Any help you folks could offer would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Roger,

You will need to look at the source code for the email form and make sure that it is the same code that Aweber generates for you. It looks like the form is trying to submit to an account number that does not exist so you will most likely need to generate that code in Aweber for the email form and reinsert.

Hi Roger,

You may want to re-install the form from your Aweber account and re-insert the code it will generate for you for the page you want the form to appear in.

I saw a post from a member and he was able to resolve the issue by doing the following: Mailpush

After you have updated your on-site code to the new Aweber code, be sure to test your form submit button on your site, if you get an error that says something like "cannot find clients.mailpush.com" do the following:

1) Go back into Aweber and selected the "Web Forms" tab.
2) Click on the webform name that you have on your site.
3) Click the "Save Webform" button.

That will fix the problem.

Okay, so where do I put the Aweber Javascript code? On my squeeze pages?

You need to change all the Javascript to Aweber on your posts/pages.

Yes, you need to replace your Mailpush Javascript code with the new Aweber code on all of your posts/pages.

Did you manage to sort it?
Is that your web form javascript you're talking about? I think video says put them at bottom of posts.
I think I should check my forms too, since I am with Aweber too.

Can you please PM me your domain email address so that I could send you a test mail?

Yes, you could use any autoresponder with Affilojetpack. But we can only provide support for Aweber and Mailpush since we are not familiar on how the other autoresponders work.

I replaced webform script with aweber changes and squeeze page opt in seems ok now. The confirm page and download page are working.
