Hi folks
I know that I can head for odesk or elance but I was wondering if anyone here can point me at a quote to get a shopping cart installed on a joomla site. Looking for a fairly quick response and I know that if you are on this forum the answers will be viable and reliable.
Also can anyone tell me if there are major differences with joomla or wordpress? ie...could I do it myself with a bit of basic knowledge and some common sense?
Thanks
GJ

Hi GJ,
Have you checked the Affilorama Services section? That's where most members advertise their services and those looking to outsource.
Wordpress is much easier for beginners or those with little to no html/website building knowledge while Joomla is for the more experienced.

I think VirtueMart is the most popular Joomla shopping cart. But you could also try the extensions recommended on this page: 5 Joomla Shopping Cart Extensions – Alternatives to Virtuemart
Want a step-by-step training program in affiliate marketing? Affiloblueprint is a "hand-holding" course that will will show you how to build a site, drive traffic to it, and monetize it.

Wordpress is the best option for designing a website. Because wordpress is easy to use and very lightweight. In internet you can find easily wordpress themes just installed them and do your necessary changes. So i preferred only wordpress enable website.
