Hi

I have a few music blogs , and as a relative newbie I would like to know EXACTLY how I can put a YouTube music video on my blogs .... ie not just the url but the video itself.

Are there any restrictions regarding what videos you can post ?

If you can help I would appreciate precise instructions , since I am not very techie !

Hi,

It's very easy. Simply go to the video that you would like to add. Under the video you will see a button "Embed". Click that button, copy the code that it gives you and paste that code into the HTML code of your post in Wordpress. That's it!

esolutions is right. Just go over to YouTube, get the EMBED code of the video and then copy/paste that on to your post in Wordpress. Make sure you place the code in HTML view.

I don't think there are any restrictions on what videos you can post, so long as the video does not infringe on any copyright law and that you give proper credit to whoever did the video or uploaded it.
